What is Clawed & Uwe’s exchange policy?

All items are sold as-is; however, at its own discretion, Clawed & Uwe may exchange merchandise for an item of equal or greater value within ten (10) days of the date of purchase.

For an exchange, the original price tag must be attached to the item, and the item must be accompanied by the original receipt. 

Items without an original receipt can only be exchanged for half the value of the tagged price within ten (10) days of the date of purchase. 

Can an item be returned for a refund?

All sales are final. We’re sorry, but we can’t issue refunds.

Are all jewelry sales final?

There are no returns on jewelry purchases. 

Clawed & Uwe may exchange jewelry for an item of equal or greater value, at it own discretion, and in accordance with its exchange policy, within ten (10) days of the date of purchase.

Is untagged merchandise for sale?

Items without tags or with altered tags will not be sold.

During your shopping experience, if you’ve found an item that you like without a tag or with an altered tag, please let us know.

These items must go through our inventory process for re-tagging, and they will typically be returned to the sales floor in approximately 2 to 3 business days.

Does Clawed & Uwe hold merchandise?

Given the volume of items that flow through our store, we are not able to hold unsold merchandise or to contact a customer when a specific item is re-tagged.
